Welcome to AdHole Project. By using our cloud-based DNS and ad-blocking services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully—we’ve kept them as “human-readable” as possible.
1. The Service
AdHole Project provides network-level filtering to block advertisements, trackers, and malicious domains.
- Implementation: You understand that this requires changing your device or router DNS settings to our provided IP addresses.
- No Guarantee: While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee that every ad will be blocked or that “good” websites will never be accidentally flagged. YouTube and Facebook ads are not blocked since they come from their domain. Blocking them would mean blocking entire site, you don’t want that.
2. Privacy & Data (The “No-Log” Promise)
Your privacy is the core of our business.
- DNS Queries: We do not associate your DNS queries with your personal identity.
- Retention: We do not store long-term logs of the websites you visit.
- Third Parties: We will never sell your browsing data. Period.
3. User Responsibilities
- Lawful Use: You agree not to use our service for any illegal activities or to circumvent regional licensing restrictions (unless specifically provided for in your plan).
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any “unique” DNS endpoints we provide to you.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a (Monthly/6 months/Annual) basis.
- Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the filtering quality.
- Cancellations: You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Service Availability & “Breaking” Content
Sometimes, blocking a tracker can cause a website to malfunction (known as “breakage”).
- Limitation of Liability: AdHole Project is not responsible for any websites or applications that fail to function properly due to blocked domains.
- Uptime: We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or internet outages.
6. Changes to Terms
The internet moves fast. We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes via the email associated with your account.
